【摘要】 采用石蠟切片法對多脂鱗傘(Pholiota adiposa)子實體個體發(fā)育進行觀察,結果表明,多脂鱗傘原基初期卵球形,菌絲交織、致密;原基伸長生長,外部交織菌絲變稀疏,邊緣形成一層染色呈黃褐色的菌絲,菌絲膨大,平行排列或凝結呈菌絲束,形成外菌幕。外菌幕菌絲在上部最為發(fā)達,形成菌蓋菌幕,此時菌蓋開始分化。同時原基下部邊緣菌絲平行排列并垂直生長,菌柄開始分化。在菌蓋、菌柄和子實層原基交接處出現(xiàn)菌絲稀疏區(qū),菌褶腔在這一區(qū)域形成。由于半包膜的存在,菌環(huán)上無鱗片。菌蓋菌幕與菌蓋皮層相區(qū)分,而菌柄菌幕與菌柄皮層形態(tài)一致,只是菌柄菌幕菌絲繼續(xù)保持向外生長特性。多脂鱗傘屬于半被果型中的雙菌幕發(fā)育型,發(fā)育順序表明是菌蓋菌柄發(fā)育型。
【Abstract】 Paraffin-embedded sections were used to investigate the morphological characteristics of Pholiota adiposa fruit bodies at different stages of development.Primordium initials were oval and consisted of dense,intertwined hyphae.During primordium elongation,peripheral hyphae became less dense and formed a yellowish-brown layer.The hyphae became enlarged and arranged either in parallel or concentrated into a hyphal strand to form the universal veil,the apex of which constituted the pileal veil when ...
