【摘要】 綜述了食用菌育種方法及研究進(jìn)展,闡述了離子束注入生物體誘變的機(jī)理,介紹了離子束注入誘變食用菌的研究進(jìn)展。最后,提出了低能離子注入誘變技術(shù)應(yīng)用于食用菌育種方面的發(fā)展方向。

【Abstract】 The breeding techniques and research progress of edible fungi were summarized in this paper,and the principle of mutation on organism and research progress of edible fungi by ion beam irradiation were also illustrated.In the last part of the paper,the research trends of edible fungi breeding technique by ion beam irradiation were presented.
