【摘要】 通過對(duì)杏鮑菇菌渣成分進(jìn)行分析,明確菌渣再利用的可能性,并對(duì)菌渣進(jìn)行堆制發(fā)酵,堆制后的菌渣通過配比進(jìn)行蘑菇的制種和栽培試驗(yàn)。研究結(jié)果表明,只采摘1茬的杏鮑菇菌渣仍含有豐富的碳源和氮源,可以利用杏鮑菇菌渣替代部分培養(yǎng)料用于雙孢蘑菇制種與栽培,提高資源利用率。從杏鮑菇菌渣堆制過程溫度變化曲線可以看出,料堆最高溫度可升至70℃。堆制后的菌渣加深了腐熟度,適合雙孢蘑菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)。杏鮑菇菌渣添加10%牛糞進(jìn)行堆制發(fā)酵后按30%~50%的添加比例與棉籽殼混合制作雙孢蘑菇菌種,既可降低制種成本(節(jié)約制種原料成本約40%),又能保證蘑菇菌絲正常生長(zhǎng)。杏鮑菇菌渣栽培雙孢蘑菇,菌渣使用量可控制在20%~30%左右,從示范栽培結(jié)果看平均單產(chǎn)可與常規(guī)堆肥的單產(chǎn)持平,而使用30%杏鮑菇菌渣可降低栽培投料成本約25%。
【Abstract】 The composition of spent mushroom compost(SMC) after Pleurotus eryngii cultivation was analyzed,and the possibility of SMC recycling was defined.Moreover,the SMC was fermented and used in the spawn-making and cultivation trial of Agaricus bisporus.The results showed that the SMC of P.eryngii harvested one time contained rich carbon and nitrogen resources,and could be used in the spawn-making and cultivation of A.bisporus instead of part of compost.The SMC fermentation temperature could reach up ...
