【摘要】 通過對滇中地區(qū)昆明西山、昆明野鴨湖、嵩明大哨和楚雄紫溪山分布的蛹蟲草居群,進(jìn)行調(diào)查和采樣,調(diào)查分析了蛹蟲草的生境,比較研究了蛹蟲草不同居群有性型及無性型形態(tài)差異,對蛹蟲草無性型的產(chǎn)孢結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電鏡觀察研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),蛹蟲草子囊殼著生方式及其大小、子囊大小、無性型,隨生境不同而發(fā)生差異。在云南松常綠闊葉混交林下的子囊殼及子囊較大,分離得到的無性型以擬青霉型(Paecilomyces-type)產(chǎn)孢結(jié)構(gòu)占優(yōu)勢;在華山松林和田埂草叢生境中的子囊殼及其子囊較小,分離得到的無性型以輪枝孢型(Verticillium-type)產(chǎn)孢結(jié)構(gòu)占優(yōu)勢。

【Abstract】 In the present studying of Cordyceps militaris(Fr.) Link.,a lot of specimens were collected from Kunming city and Chuxiong city,Yunnan Province.According to investigate their habitats,the comparing analysis was dealt with the morphological characters of their teleomorph and anamorph,and the conidial fructification was observed.It was showed that the features of perithecium,ascus and anamorph were different amongdifferent habitats.In the habitat of evergreen broad-leaved forest coexisting Pinus y...
