【摘要】 本研究采用胃毒觸殺聯(lián)合法測(cè)定了70%吡蟲(chóng)啉對(duì)黑腹果蠅和厲眼蕈蚊幼蟲(chóng)的室內(nèi)防治效果,并采用平板加藥法研究了吡蟲(chóng)啉對(duì)平菇等4種食用菌菌絲生長(zhǎng)的影響,同時(shí)測(cè)定了其在平菇和秀珍菇中的殘留。研究結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)藥劑濃度達(dá)到140μg.mL-1時(shí)不僅可以很好地防治黑腹果蠅,同時(shí)可以控制厲眼蕈蚊的為害。在預(yù)設(shè)藥劑濃度下,吡蟲(chóng)啉對(duì)平菇和秀珍菇菌絲生長(zhǎng)影響不大,且4 d后農(nóng)藥殘留量未超過(guò)有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),但對(duì)雙孢蘑菇和香菇菌絲的生長(zhǎng)具有顯著的抑制作用。
