【摘要】 采用液體深層發(fā)酵的方法獲得樟芝發(fā)酵全液,以乙醇、酸化萃取手段獲得發(fā)酵全液醇溶酸性組分ESAC,用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)結(jié)合紅外光譜對(duì)醇溶酸性組分進(jìn)行鑒定,對(duì)樟芝醇溶酸性組分進(jìn)行植物病原菌和醫(yī)學(xué)病原菌的抗菌試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,醇溶酸性組分主要含有5-氧-四氫呋喃-2-甲酸、苯乙酸、4-羥基苯乙醇、2,4-二羥基苯基乙基酮、3-甲基-2,4-二羥基乙酰苯、2,3,4-三氟苯甲酸異丙酯、5,7,8-三甲基-6-氧雜萘鄰?fù)宜狨ァ㈨?10-十二碳烯酸四氫吡喃酯。ESAC對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌的抑制效果最強(qiáng)。
【Abstract】 The experienment were carried on to obtain fermentation liquid of mycelium of Taiwanofungus camphorates in the way of Liquid-submerged fermentation and then to extract the ethanol-soluble acid component of the liquid by the means of ethanol and acidified extraction.The ethanol-soluble component was identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and infra-red spectrum,and antibacterial research was studied on plant pathogens and medical pathogens.Through the research,we can find that there we...
