【摘要】 以香菇939菌株、135菌株為親本,利用原生質(zhì)體單核化技術(shù)取得單核體,采用對稱雜交和非對稱雜交方法進行雜交,通過數(shù)年栽培試驗篩選獲得一株高產(chǎn)、高抗、短柄的新菌株——S605,審定名為"申香16號"。該品種改良了939菌柄偏長和135抗性差、產(chǎn)量不穩(wěn)的不足,示范推廣中表現(xiàn)出轉(zhuǎn)潮快、產(chǎn)量高、易管理、優(yōu)質(zhì)菇比例高的突出特點,產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟效益顯著,深得菇農(nóng)喜愛,推廣速度較快。
【Abstract】 Protoplast monokaryons prepared from Lentinula edodes,strains 939 and 135,were intercrossed using symmetric and asymmetric hybridization methods.Following test cultivations at different locations within Zhejiang Province,’Shenxiang 16’(S605) was selected from 79 hybrid offspring on the basis of improved characteristics including higher disease resistance compared to parental strain 135,improved fruit body morphology(shorter stipe) compared with parental strain 939,and enhanced fruit body yields ...
