【摘要】 采用紫外誘變方法對(duì)蝙蝠蛾擬青霉原生質(zhì)體進(jìn)行選育,經(jīng)過粗篩和精篩后,選出一株菌絲體得率和腺苷含量明顯高于原始菌株的誘變株BS-2#;經(jīng)過10代PDA斜面繼代培養(yǎng)、搖瓶試驗(yàn)和連續(xù)3次1 t罐的中試試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明BS-2#誘變株發(fā)酵性狀穩(wěn)定。
【Abstract】 UV-induced mutagenesis of Paecilomyces hepiali protoplasts yielded a mutant strain(BS-2#) with a significantly increased capacity for mycelial biomass and adenosine production compared with the parental strain.These properties were stable over ten successive sub-cultures of the mutant strain on liquid medium,and successive pilot plant tests on a one-ton scale.
