【摘要】 分析4個靈芝(Ganoderma)菌株不同生育期子實體水提物的提取得率、多糖含量、多糖分子量分布和其對巨噬細胞RAW 264.7 NO釋放量的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著靈芝的生長發(fā)育,其子實體水提物得率呈逐漸降低的趨勢,水提物中多糖含量差異顯著。水提物經(jīng)透析后其多糖的分子量分布主要集中在12 kDa至25 kDa之間,但不同生育期間的各分子量多糖的含量存在差異。芝蕾發(fā)育初期和成熟后期子實體水提物透析后的免疫活性較好。綜合考量,認為成熟后期采收的靈芝子實體雖然多糖含量較低,但生物量較大,可獲得較大量活性多糖,所以確定成熟后期為適宜采收期。
