【摘要】 以菌絲體生物量和總糖含量為指標(biāo),對(duì)影響裂蹄木層孔菌(Phellinus linteus)深層培養(yǎng)的3個(gè)工藝條件(搖瓶的裝液量、接種量、轉(zhuǎn)速)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,最優(yōu)培養(yǎng)條件為裝液量150 mL/250 mL、接種量20%、轉(zhuǎn)速160 r/min,此條件下菌絲體生物量為1.10 g/100 mL,總糖含量為77.6 mg/g。
【Abstract】 The effects of medium volume,inoculation size and shaker speed on mycelial biomass production and total saccharide content of the mycelium during growth of Phellinus linteus in submerged culture were determined.Highest mycelial biomass production(1.1 g/100 mL) and a relatively high total saccharide content(77.6 mg/g) were recorded when the adopted medium volume,inoculation size and shaker speed were 150 mL/250 mL culture flask,20% and 160 r/min,respectively.
