【摘要】 采用ICP-AES(inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy)法測定了采自全國各地的31個香菇(Lentinula edodes)樣品中的7種元素含量。結果表明,該方法測定結果準確度高,檢出限低,適用于測定香菇中Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Zn、Cd元素的含量。測定的31個香菇樣品中7種元素含量均符合正態(tài)分布,K、Mg、Zn、Fe、Mn、Cu、Cd相應含量分別為7953±1041、1248±195.7、70.70±16.85、66.11±21.80、23.51±4.17、12.65±1.90和0.52±0.57 mg/kg。
【Abstract】 Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Zn and Cd levels in 31 Lentinula edodes fruit body samples obtained from markets in China were analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES).Our data showed that ICP-AES is a simple and accurate method for determining the levels of these elements in the mushroom.Levels in the test samples followed a normal distribution curve,and the mean concentrations of K,Mg,Zn,Fe,Mn,Cu and Cd were 7953±1041,1248±195.7,70.70±16.85,66.11±21.80,23.51±4.17,12.65±1.90 a...
