【摘要】 設(shè)計(jì)10種覆土方法研究了瓶栽條件下覆土對(duì)暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌子實(shí)體形成的影響及作用機(jī)制。結(jié)果表明,暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌在瓶栽條件下出菇必須通過覆土處理。通過自然條件下覆土、無菌覆土以及覆土中混入細(xì)菌、放線菌的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),發(fā)現(xiàn)覆土中的微生物能抵抗外界微生物的污染,并對(duì)子實(shí)體的形成有促進(jìn)作用。另外,對(duì)比覆土后封口培養(yǎng)及敞口培養(yǎng)的處理,大多數(shù)封口培養(yǎng)的處理出菇受到抑制,說明CO2的濃度對(duì)暗褐網(wǎng)柄牛肝菌在瓶栽條件下形成子實(shí)體也有一定的影響。
