【摘要】 研究硬脂酸、亞油酸和棕櫚酸對靈芝液體發(fā)酵的影響。結(jié)果表明,3種供試脂肪酸都能促進(jìn)靈芝菌絲體生物量的積累;硬脂酸有利于靈芝胞外多糖的產(chǎn)生,在添加濃度為1.0g/L時,胞外多糖量達(dá)到(1 066.74±11.27)mg/L,是對照的3.37倍;亞油酸利于胞內(nèi)多糖的合成,在濃度為1.5g/L時,胞內(nèi)多糖量達(dá)到(620.90±7.11)mg/L,是對照的2.56倍;另外,亞油酸還對靈芝胞內(nèi)三萜和胞外三萜量表現(xiàn)出較強的促進(jìn)作用,在濃度為2.0 g/L時,胞內(nèi)及胞外三萜量分別達(dá)到(394.23±10.32)mg/L和(551.32±6.22)mg/L,分別比對照提高了1.13和1.12倍;而硬脂酸和棕櫚酸的添加則降低胞內(nèi)和胞外三萜的量。
【Abstract】 The effects of supplementing Ganoderma lucidum growth medium with different concentrations of stearic,linoleic and palmitic acids were assessed in terms of mycelial biomass,extracellular and intracellular polysaccharide yields,and intracellular and extracellular triterpene levels.Mycelial biomass increased with increasing concentrations of all three fatty acids over the range 0-2.0 g/L.Highest yields of extracellular and intracellular polysaccharide were recorded using media supplemented with 1....
