【摘要】 以菌絲體的生物量和多糖為指標(biāo),對(duì)大馬勃液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基及培養(yǎng)條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化篩選。結(jié)果表明,最佳培養(yǎng)基配方為蔗糖3.0%、酵母膏0.75%、磷酸二氫鉀0.15%、硫酸鎂0.1%;最佳培養(yǎng)條件為pH值為6.5,溫度為28℃,接種量為10%,搖瓶裝量為100 mL。

【Abstract】 Taking the mycelial biomass and production of polysaccharide as detecting indices,culture media and culturing conditions for liquid fermentation of Calvatia gigantean Lloyd were selected.The results showed that the optimum liquid medium composition were sucrose 3.0%,yeast extract paste 0.75%,KH2PO4 0.15%,MgSO4 0.1%,and the optimum culturing condition was pH 6.5,culturing temperature 28℃,inoculum concentration 10%,and filling level were 100 mL.
