【摘要】 在PDA培養(yǎng)基中分別采用葡萄糖、蔗糖、麥芽糖和淀粉為碳源,研究其對(duì)紫銅色松乳菇菌絲的生長(zhǎng)速度和干重的影響,結(jié)果表明,紫銅色松乳菇在麥芽糖培養(yǎng)基上長(zhǎng)勢(shì)最好;而在淀粉培養(yǎng)基上生長(zhǎng)速度得最快,在蔗糖、麥芽糖和葡萄糖培養(yǎng)基上生長(zhǎng)速度差別很小;在麥芽糖培養(yǎng)基上生長(zhǎng),菌絲干重最重,依次為葡萄糖、蔗糖、淀粉;綜合分析麥芽糖培養(yǎng)基不僅使菌絲生長(zhǎng)快,而且菌絲生長(zhǎng)濃密,干重最重,所以最適宜紫銅色松乳菇的生長(zhǎng),濃度在1%~2%的麥芽糖較為適宜。 更多還原
【Abstract】 Regard the glucose,cane sugar,maltose as carbon source,the influence experiments on the hypha’s growth and dry matter weight of purple bronze Lactarius deliciosus were studied in PDA culture medium.The results indicated that the hypha of purple bronze Lactarius deliciosus grow best in PDA culture medium,compared with maltose.The growth speed of hypha was fast in PDA medium with the starch as carbon source.Dry weight of hypha was the heaviest in PDA medium to maltose.Analysis by synthesis,the mal... 更多還原
