【摘要】 按照傳統(tǒng)不親和性因子測(cè)定方法,通過(guò)真、假鎖狀聯(lián)合的有無(wú),鑒定6個(gè)金頂側(cè)耳菌株的不親和性因子,結(jié)果表明,金頂側(cè)耳菌株具有不親和性因子多樣性的特點(diǎn),6株金頂側(cè)耳菌株除蕈谷2號(hào)榆黃蘑與張榆具有相同的A1A3B1B3不親和性因子外,榆黃P103、RYH1、RYH2、榆黃菇分別具有A1A2B1B2、A4A5B4B5、A4A6B4B6、A7A8B7B8不親和性因子,能形成遺傳特性不同的雙核體有153個(gè),并計(jì)算出金頂側(cè)耳A、B因子的不親和性因子數(shù)均為55,估算金頂側(cè)耳可能存在的不親和性因子總數(shù)為3 025個(gè)。 更多還原
【Abstract】 The incompatible factor of 6 Pleurotus citrinopileatus strains were identified by the exist of true or false clamp connection according to the traditional incompatible factor determination method.The results showed that Pleurotus citrinopileatus strains had the characteristic of incompatible factor diversity.In the 6 strains of Pleurotus citrinopileatus,No.2 of Xungu and Zhangyu had the same incompatible factor which is A1A3B1B3,and the strains of Yuhuang P103,RYH1,RYH2,Yu Huanggu had the differ... 更多還原
