【摘要】 利用水浸提法浸提滑子蘑菌渣纖維素酶,選取浸提時間、液料比和溫度做單因素試驗,然后通過正交試驗優(yōu)化滑子蘑菌渣纖維素酶的浸提工藝,并對結(jié)果進行了統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果表明,浸提時間、液料比和溫度對纖維素酶浸提均有極顯著性影響,最佳浸提條件為溫度30℃、時間1.5 h、液料比50∶1?;幽⒕燃谆w維素酶活力最適pH為4.4,最適溫度為70℃;濾紙酶活力最適pH為6.0,最適溫度為60℃。 更多還原
【Abstract】 In this study,water extract method was adopted to extract crude cellulase from Pholiota nameko residue.While liquid-material ratio and temperature were selected as single factor experiment,and then orthogonal experiments of extracting cellulase were conducted and its results were statistically analyzed.Results indicated that extraction time,extraction liquid-material ratio and extraction temperature exhibited a highly significant effect on crude cellulase from Pholiota nameko residue.It was the ... 更多還原
