【摘要】 采用ERIC-PCR分析技術(shù),對(duì)11株棕色蘑菇栽培菌株親緣關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明,供試的11株棕色蘑菇菌株具有一定的遺傳多樣性,在68%的相似水平上把供試菌株分為3個(gè)類群,其中菌株011自成一組,與其它菌株具有較遠(yuǎn)的親緣關(guān)系;菌株009和010相似水平達(dá)到95%以上,表明它們具有較近的親緣關(guān)系。 更多還原
【Abstract】 The phylogenetic relationship of 11 cultivated stains of Agaricus brunnescens was analysised based on ERIC-PCR technique.The results indicated the moderate genetic diversity among the tested strains,and these tested strains could be clustered into 3 groups at the level of 68%.The single strain 011 was clustered into a group,which inferred a far phylogenetic relationship with other strains.However,strains 009 and strain 010 showed a closer phylogenetic relationship since their coefficient was ove... 更多還原
