【摘要】 為了獲得性狀優(yōu)良的毛木耳新品種,進(jìn)行了雜交育種。實驗以鉤懸法收集毛木耳"豐2"子實體單孢子并培養(yǎng)獲得其單核菌絲。采用單孢雜交(兩點法)進(jìn)行雜交培養(yǎng),鏡檢"鎖狀聯(lián)合"初選雜交子;通過與親本的拮抗實驗和酯酶同工酶電泳酶譜比對分析確認(rèn)雜交子,并經(jīng)出耳試驗驗證其結(jié)實性。實驗結(jié)果顯示,種內(nèi)雜交的不同單核菌絲較易親和并產(chǎn)生具結(jié)實能力的雜交子。
【Abstract】 The monospores of Auricularia polytricha were collected.2 monokaryon strains were mated by random.At first,the hybrids with clamp connection were selected by microscopy.Then hybrids were confirmed by antagonism experiments and esterase isozyme analysis.In the end,hybrids were cultivated.It’s indicated that hybrids could be obtained easily from intraspecific cross,which also had good fruiting ability.
