【摘要】 研究了樺樹桑黃液體發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中不同營養(yǎng)成分對樺樹桑黃菌絲生長的影響。采用L9(34)正交設(shè)計(jì)法對樺樹桑黃發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化,初步篩選出了樺樹桑黃液體發(fā)酵的培養(yǎng)基。結(jié)果表明,優(yōu)化培養(yǎng)基為玉米粉1%、麥麩1%、葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.5%、酵母膏0.5%、磷酸二氫鉀0.1%、硫酸鎂0.05%、維生素B1 1 mg.100-1.mL-1.
【Abstract】 The effects of cultural compounds on the growth of Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were investigated.The optimum submerged fermentation parameters for Phellinus igniarius growing on silver birch tree were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the optimal cuiture medium were corn 1%,bran 1%,glucose 2%,peptone 0.5%,yeast extract 0.5%,KH2PO4 0.1%,MgSO4 0.05% and VB1 1 mg.100-1·mL-1.
