【摘要】 應(yīng)用3種腫瘤細(xì)胞模型對(duì)未破壁靈芝孢子、機(jī)械破壁靈芝孢子和全靈芝剝壁孢子進(jìn)行抗腫瘤試驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明,未破壁及不同破壁方式的靈芝孢子對(duì)人惡性乳腺癌細(xì)胞(MT-1)、人惡性淋巴癌細(xì)胞株(Jurkat)、人惡性腦腫瘤細(xì)胞(U343)均有不同程度的抑制作用,抑制效果強(qiáng)弱為全靈芝剝壁孢子>機(jī)械破壁靈芝孢子>未破壁靈芝孢子,表明破壁的確能提高靈芝孢子對(duì)腫瘤細(xì)胞的抑制作用,而且選擇破壁的方法也很重要,生物酶法破壁能使靈芝孢子的生物活性成分得到充分釋放,所以大大提高靈芝孢子的功效。
【Abstract】 The objective of this paper was to compare the inhibitory effects in intact Ganoderma spores with sporoderm-broken spores which were broken by enzymatic method and physical method on three kind of tumour cells including MT-1(Human Breast Cancer),Jurkat(Human T cell lymphoblast-like cell line) and U343(Human astrocytoma cell line).The experiments indicated that the inhibitory effects of Ganoderma spores on cancer cell growth were sporoderm-broken spores(broken by en-zymatic method) > sporoderm...
