【摘要】 以雙孢蘑菇為研究對(duì)象,待菌絲長(zhǎng)出后用濃度分別為1%、2%、3%的蔗糖基聚合物水溶液噴施菌株,對(duì)照組噴施清水,蘑菇長(zhǎng)成后用火焰原子吸收分光光度法分析蘑菇中礦物質(zhì)的含量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),蘑菇經(jīng)蔗糖基聚合物處理后,鈣、鎂、鐵、錳的含量都明顯高于對(duì)照,且隨著蔗糖基聚合物濃度的增加,鈣、鎂、鐵、錳的含量也隨之遞增,但蔗糖基聚合物處理對(duì)蘑菇中鋅和銅的含量幾乎沒有影響。
【Abstract】 Taking Agaricus bisporus as the research object, bacterial strain were spraied with different concentration of sucrose-based polymer after hyphae grown, and control group were spraied with water. The contents of mineral substances in Agaricus bisporus were determined by means of AAS after Agaricus bisporus were grown up. The results showed that the contents of Ca, Mg, Fe and Mn were significantly higher than control group after Agaricus bisporus were treated with sucrose-based polymer, and their contents increased with the increase of the concentration of sucrose-based polymer. But the influence of sucrose-based polymer on the contents of Zn and Cu were not obvious.
