【摘要】 9501毛木耳質(zhì)地介于黑木耳與毛木耳之間的優(yōu)良品種,但是菌種制作有難度,通過概述該菌種工藝的改革,從容器為切入點,實施5項操作技術(shù)規(guī)程以及特殊技術(shù)控制。
【Abstract】 The quality of Auriclaria polytricha 9501 species was a good one, which was between Auricularia auricula-jude and Auricularia polytricha. This Paper was aimed at discussing improvement in the reform of techinques on spawn production.
