【摘要】 采用組織分離法對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古野生銀白離褶傘進(jìn)行了子實(shí)體不同分離部位、菌絲體污染率,以及新鮮子實(shí)體和陰干3 d的子實(shí)體的對(duì)比分離試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,菌褶和菌柄交界處是最佳的組織分離部位;菌絲體污染率以菌褶和菌柄交界處為最低;經(jīng)過陰干3 d的子實(shí)體相對(duì)新鮮的子實(shí)體分離污染率較低,分離效果較好。
【Abstract】 Using tissue isolation technology of wild Lyophyllum connatum in Inner Mongolia,the contrast separation test of the isolation sections from the different fruiting bodies,mycelium contamination rate,as well as fresh fruiting bodies and dried for three days were investigated.The results showed that the lamella and the petiole at the junction were the best isolation section and had the lowest contamination rate.The contamination rate of the fruiting bodies dried for three days were lower than the fresh and the isolation effect was better.
