【摘要】 對來自不同地區(qū)的8個杏鮑菇(Pleurotus eryngii)菌株進(jìn)行工廠化栽培實(shí)驗(yàn),從栽培周期、子實(shí)體性狀、產(chǎn)量和生物學(xué)效率等幾個方面篩選適宜山西地區(qū)工廠化栽培的優(yōu)良菌株,結(jié)果表明6號菌株最優(yōu)。通過菌絲拮抗試驗(yàn)對8個菌株的親緣關(guān)系進(jìn)行評價,表明3、6號菌株與其它菌株親緣關(guān)系較遠(yuǎn)。
【Abstract】 Eight Pleurotus eryngii strains from different parts of China were compared in terms of cultivation time,fruit body characteristics,yield and Biological Efficiency.One strain(No.6) was selected as best suited for industrial cultivation in Shanxi Province.Mycelial antagonism tests indicated that two strains(strains Nos.3 and 6) were only distantly related genetically to the other strains.
