【摘要】 選用H22荷瘤小鼠對(duì)火木層孔菌(Phellinus igniarius)和瓦尼木層孔菌(Phellinus vaninii)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行抗腫瘤體內(nèi)試驗(yàn),測(cè)定其對(duì)H22荷瘤小鼠抑瘤率、免疫器官指數(shù)、免疫因子含量和生存率的影響。結(jié)果表明,火木層孔菌和瓦尼木層孔菌發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物高、低劑量組(1 000 mg/kg、500 mg/kg)均對(duì)腫瘤具有一定抑制作用,其中瓦尼木層孔菌發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物低劑量組(500 mg/kg)抑瘤效果最佳,其抑瘤率為58.7%?;鹉緦涌拙屯吣崮緦涌拙l(fā)酵產(chǎn)物高、低劑量組均可提高小鼠血清中白細(xì)胞介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)的含量、延長(zhǎng)小鼠的生存期,但是對(duì)血清中腫瘤壞死因子(tumor necrosis factor-,αTNF-α)含量的影響作用不顯著。
【Abstract】 Whole cultures(mycelium and spent broth) of Phellinus igniarius and Phellinus vaninii grown for 8 days at 30 ℃ on a medium containing sucrose,peptone and mineral salts,were evaporated to dryness in an oven for 24 h at 35 ℃.After grinding to a powder,the solid residues were suspended in physiological saline and the anti-tumor activity of the two preparations(FPPI-P.igniarius,and FPPV-P.vaninii) was determined using H22 tumor-bearing mice as the test model.Both low(500 mg/kg/d) and high(1 000 mg/kg/d) doses of FPPI and FPPV inhibited tumor growth.The inhibitory effect was most pronounced(58.7%) with low doses of FPPV,which was virtually identical to that recorded in the 5-fluorouracil(5-Fu) positive control group.Both low and high doses of FPPI and FPPV also increased interleukin-2(IL-2) levels in test mice and prolonged their survival time.
