【摘要】 研究廣東蟲草(Cordyceps guangdongensis)的脂肪酸組成,為其藥用性和食用性的深入研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。利用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)技術(shù)對廣東蟲草的人工栽培子實體、液體發(fā)酵菌絲體和發(fā)酵菌液的脂肪酸組成進(jìn)行測定分析。結(jié)果顯示,廣東蟲草子實體的脂肪酸主要為亞油酸、油酸和棕櫚酸,與傳統(tǒng)中藥冬蟲夏草(C.sinensis)的脂肪酸組成基本一致;菌液脂肪酸中亞油酸含量達(dá)60%以上;而菌絲體脂肪酸以飽和脂肪酸為主,亞油酸含量相對較低,不足30%。
【Abstract】 The fatty acid components of cultivated fruit bodies,and mycelium and spent liquid from submerged cultures of a newly cultivated mushroom species,Cordyceps guangdongensis,have been studied as part of an investigation of the dietary and medicinal properties of this fungus.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) revealed that oleic,linoleic and palmitic acids were the main fatty acids in fruit bodies.Spent culture liquid contained predominantly unsaturated fatty acids and was rich in linoleic acid(>60%),while fungal mycelium contained mainly saturated fatty acids with lower concentrations of linoleic acid(<30%).
