【摘要】 采用3種母種培養(yǎng)基和5種原種培養(yǎng)基對(duì)分離到的一株尖頂羊肚菌(Morchella conica)進(jìn)行人工栽培,并探討了溫度、光照和覆土對(duì)羊肚菌菌絲生長(zhǎng)和出菇的影響。結(jié)果表明,母種培養(yǎng)基M1與原種培養(yǎng)基Y1最有利于菌絲生長(zhǎng)和菌核形成。Y1培養(yǎng)基有利于羊肚菌子實(shí)體的形成,且在菌絲滿袋后不覆土、強(qiáng)光刺激48h、室溫(13~23℃)處理下實(shí)現(xiàn)出菇。
【Abstract】 A strain of Morchella conica was grown on three vegetative growth media (M1,M2 and M3) and five fruiting media (Y1,Y2,Y3,Y4 and Y5). Of the various media tested,M1 and Y1 were the most suitable for vegetative growth and fruiting of M. conica respectively. Fruit bodies were formed when M. conica was grown at 1323 ℃ (ambient temperature) on Y1 medium without soil casing. Fruiting was stimulated by 48 h exposure to strong light (10 000 lux) followed by further incubation under natural lighting conditions.
