【摘要】 以東華虎奶-1號(hào)(Pleurotus tuber-regium)子實(shí)體為材料,采用了彈射、貼壁、菌褶沖洗等方法收集擔(dān)孢子,結(jié)果表明,菌褶沖洗法是菌核側(cè)耳擔(dān)孢子收集的最佳方法。孢子萌發(fā)條件的研究結(jié)果表明,菌核側(cè)耳孢子萌發(fā)對(duì)溫度和濕度的要求較高,最適溫度為30℃;無(wú)機(jī)鹽離子和光照、黑暗交替處理都能促進(jìn)孢子的萌發(fā)。
【Abstract】 Basidospores were collected from a Pleurotus tuber-regium fruit body using three different methods,ejection,attachment and gill washing,of which the latter was most effective. Highest spore germination rates were recorded at 30 ℃,on exposure to high humidity levels and alternating 12 h light:dark regimes,and on growth media containing a high mineral content.
