【中文摘要】 本文以金黃色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)為指示菌,研究了虎奶菇(Pleurotus tuber-regium)發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物不同組分的抑菌作用。結(jié)果表明,虎奶菇發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌有明顯的抑制作用;在1040 mg/mL的濃度范圍內(nèi),虎奶菇發(fā)酵液不同組分的抑菌作用大小依次為正丁醇萃取物>乙酸乙酯萃取物>萃余發(fā)酵液,正己烷萃取物無(wú)活性?;⒛坦骄z體乙醇提取物對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌的抑制作用明顯。推測(cè)脂溶性小分子化合物為虎奶菇發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物抑菌的主要活性成分。
【英文摘要】 Pleurotus tuber-regium was grown in submerged culture,the mycelium removed by filtration,and the spent culture broth extracted sequentially with n-hexane,ethyl acetate and n-butanol.The latter two extracts and the residual broth remaining after extraction all exhibited antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus over a range of concentrations,but no inhibition was recorded with the n-hexane extracts.Ethanolic and aqueous extracts of the fungal mycelium also showed potent antibacterial activity.
