【中文摘要】 對從國內(nèi)外收集到的19株杏鮑菇[Pleurotus eryngii(DC.ex.Fr.)Quel]菌株進(jìn)行隨機(jī)擴(kuò)增多態(tài)性DNA(RAPD)分析,結(jié)果表明,在未采用外類群參考的情況下,供試菌株間的相似系數(shù)在0.448到0.857之間,其中栽培菌株的相似系數(shù)較高,以0.72為閾值時(shí),分成兩個(gè)類群:來自臺灣(3)、三明(5)、武漢(15、16、17)、上海(19)和日本(1、12)的8個(gè)菌株構(gòu)成一個(gè)類群,而另外2株臺灣菌株(2、6)和1株武漢菌株(18)以及一株來源不明的13號菌株構(gòu)成另外一個(gè)類群。栽培菌株與其它菌株相似程度較低,而且在子實(shí)體形態(tài)上也有較明顯的差異。
【英文摘要】 Random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) methodology was used to identify 19 strains of Pleurotus eryngii obtained from sources both within China and overseas.A dendrogram based on cluster analysis of RAPD patterns revealed that similarity coefficients ranged from 0.448 to 0.857 and,at the similarity level of 0.72,cultivated strains separated into two groups.Eight strains,No.3 from Taiwan,No.5 from Sanming,Nos.15,16 and 17 from Wuhan,No.19 from Shanghai,and Nos.1 and 12 from Japan formed one group,while the second group consisted of two strains from Taiwan(Nos.2 and 6),a Wuhan strain(No.18),and a strain of unknown origin(No.13).Significant differences in both the RAPD patterns and fruit body morphologies were observed between the cultivated strains and the remaining six test strains.
