【中文摘要】 本實(shí)驗(yàn)采用超高壓高效液相檢測(cè)法(UPLC)分離測(cè)定了多種蟲草產(chǎn)品中腺苷和蟲草素的含量。在最優(yōu)化條件下,以ACQUITY UPLC C18為色譜柱,流動(dòng)相為乙腈和水,等度洗脫,上述各組分在4 min內(nèi)可基本實(shí)現(xiàn)基線分離。各組分濃度與峰面積在117.5μg/mL范圍內(nèi)呈良好線性,檢測(cè)下限(S/N=3)分別為0.10μg/mL和0.12μg/mL。采用該方法成功測(cè)定了多種蟲草產(chǎn)品中腺苷和蟲草素的含量。
【英文摘要】 Adenosine and cordycepin levels in twelve Cordyceps products were successfully determined by Ultrahigh-Performance Liquid Chromatography(UPLC) using an ACQUITY C18 column,with water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase.Separation of the two components was achieved within four minutes,and the concentrations of each component showed a linear relationship with the peak area in the range 2~20 μg/mL.Detection limits(S/N=3) were 0.10 μg/mL and 0.12 μg/mL for adenosine and cordycepin,respectively.
