【中文摘要】 采用瓶栽試驗(yàn)研究了急支糖漿藥渣主料四季青(Euonymus japonicus)藥渣和苦蕎頭(Fagopyrum tataricum)藥渣對(duì)野生平菇(Pleurotus ostatus)生長(zhǎng)和產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,野生平菇豐野一號(hào)在以四季青、苦蕎頭混合藥渣為主料的D配方和以四季青藥渣為主料的A配方培養(yǎng)料上,菌絲長(zhǎng)勢(shì)強(qiáng).子實(shí)體圓整、產(chǎn)量高,鮮菇產(chǎn)量(66.1 g/瓶和59.1 g/瓶)分別比以棉籽殼為主料栽培的野生平菇提高29.10%和15.43%。
【英文摘要】 The effects of incorporating different amounts of Euonymus japonicus and Fagopyrum tataricum processing wastes,generated during the production of Acute Bronchitis Syrup,into growth substrates used for bottle cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus were assessed in terms of mycelial growth vigor and fruit body yield. Of the four formulae tested,strongest myceliai growth vigor was recorded on growth substrates D (containing 30% E.japonicus residue 30% F.tataricum residue,20% straw and 20% wheat bran) and A (containing 80% E.japonicus residue and 20% wheat bran).Average yields of fruit bodies for substrates D and A were 66.1 g and 59.1 g fresh weight per bottle respectively,which were 29.1% and 15.4% higher,respectively than the average yields from controls grown on 80% cotton seed hull and 20% wheat bran.
