【中文摘要】 研究了稀土元素鑭(La)對靈芝菌絲體富集有機硒的影響。結果表明,鑭能有效促進靈芝菌絲富集有機硒,當發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)基中鑭的添加濃度為100 mg/L時,菌絲產量和硒轉化率最高。正交試驗結果表明,各因素中對靈芝菌絲體富硒影響最大的是鑭濃度,其次是硒濃度、培養(yǎng)時間和pH值,最佳發(fā)酵條件是鑭濃度100 mg/L,硒濃度100 mg/L,pH值4.5,培養(yǎng)時間7 d,在此條件下菌絲體產量47.3 g/L,硒轉化率88.1%。
【英文摘要】 The effect of lanthanum supplementation on selenium accumulation by Ganoderma lucidum mycelium grown in submerged culture was evaluated.When grown in a potato-based medium supplemented with different concentrations of lanthanum(20300 mg/L),the maximum mycelial yield achieved was 43.8 g/L,and 79.6% of the selenium initially present in the culture medium(100 mg/L) accumulated in the fungal mycelium.Application of orthogonal testing revealed that selenium accumulation by G.lucidum mycelium was influenced mainly by the selenium concentration of the culture medium,followed by the lanthanum concentration,culture time and pH value.The optimal conditions were: 100 mg/L lanthanum,100 mg/L selenium,7 d culture period and pH 4.5.Under these conditions,the mycelium yield was 47.3 g/L and the selenium accumulation rate was 88.1%.
