    【中文摘要】 對(duì)四個(gè)香菇開放式接種場所內(nèi)不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)環(huán)境中霉菌和細(xì)菌的數(shù)量、溫度和濕度進(jìn)行測定,結(jié)果表明,在同一測試場所,不同測試時(shí)間點(diǎn)環(huán)境中霉菌和細(xì)菌的數(shù)量有所變化??傮w上,消毒前和接種結(jié)束時(shí)環(huán)境中霉菌和細(xì)菌的數(shù)量相對(duì)較多,接種開始和接種進(jìn)行一半時(shí)環(huán)境中霉菌和細(xì)菌的數(shù)量較少。各場所環(huán)境中的溫度、濕度與霉菌和細(xì)菌的數(shù)量無相關(guān)性。消毒前環(huán)境中霉菌、細(xì)菌數(shù)量與菌棒污染率成正相關(guān),相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.83和0.96;接種開始時(shí)環(huán)境中霉菌、細(xì)菌數(shù)量與菌棒污染率的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.64和0.94;接種進(jìn)行一半和接種結(jié)束時(shí)環(huán)境中的霉菌數(shù)量與菌棒污染率無相關(guān)性,而這兩個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)細(xì)菌數(shù)量與菌棒污染率的相關(guān)系數(shù)分別為0.62和0.88。

    【英文摘要】 Fungal and bacterial counts,and temperature and humidity values,were determined in four separate inoculation rooms used to inoculate artificial sawdust logs with Lentinula edodes(without using an inoculation box)both prior to sterilization of the rooms and at different times during the inoculation period.Higher fungal and bacterial counts were recorded before sterilization and when inoculation activities had been completed compared with the beginning and middle of the inoculation period.Our data revealed no evidence of a link between fungal and bacterial counts and relative humidity.Prior to sterilization,positive correlations were observed between both fungal and bacterial counts and log contamination rates(correlation coefficients:0.83 and 0.96,respectively).At the start of the log inoculation period,these correlation coefficient values were 0.64 and 0.94,respectively.No correlation between fungal counts and log contamination rates was evident both halfway through and at the end of t...更多he log inoculation period.However,a positive correlation was observed between bacterial counts and log contamination rates at these two sampling times(correlation coefficients:0.62 and 0.88,respectively).  還原
