【中文摘要】 采用隨機區(qū)組試驗,研究了6種配方培養(yǎng)料對白靈菇生長發(fā)育和產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,不同配方培養(yǎng)料對白靈菇的菌絲生長速度和生長勢、生育期、子實體性狀、產(chǎn)量和生物學(xué)效率等均有較大的影響。綜合分析表明,使用以棉籽殼為主料的培養(yǎng)料栽培白靈菇優(yōu)于以玉米芯、木屑為主料的培養(yǎng)料,其中配方①培養(yǎng)料(棉籽殼80%,麩皮13%,玉米面5%,石灰1%,石膏1%)的菌絲生長速度快、生長勢最強,出菇較快且產(chǎn)量最高(生物學(xué)效率可達50.73%)。
【英文摘要】 The effects of six different substrate formulae on mycelial growth rate and vigor, developmental period, fruit body morphology and yield, and biological efficiency of Pleurotus nebrodensis were evaluated using randomized block experiments. Data analysis revealed that substrates containing mainly cotton seed hulls were more suitable for cultivating P. nebrodensis compared with substrates composed mainly of corncob meal or sawdust. Of the six substrates tested, the formula consisting of (w/w) 80% cotton seed hull, 13% wheat bran, 5% corn powder,1% lime and 1% gypsum supported the highest mycelial growth rate and most vigorous mycelial growth. Furthermore, fruit bodies were produced earlier and in higher yield (biological efficiency 50.73%) on this cultivation substrate.
