【中文摘要】 研究了C源、N源、pH、溫度和料水比及不同培養(yǎng)基對勺狀亞側耳(Hohenbuehelia petaloides)Hp.831菌絲生長的影響。試驗結果表明,該菌絲生長的最適溫度、pH、C源、N源和含水量分別為25~30℃、6~7、羧甲基纖維素鈉、蛋白胨和60%~70%;馬鈴薯和松針的熱水提取液可促進該菌菌絲生長;該菌菌絲在配方7培養(yǎng)料上長勢最好,菌絲生長動態(tài)符合logistic方程:Y=109.6/(1+60.1131e-0.1894x)(y=菌絲生長長度mm,x=培養(yǎng)時間d)。
【英文摘要】 Mycelial growth rates of Hohenbuehelia petaloides, strain Hp831, were highest on media containing sodium carboxymethylcellulose (sodium CM-cellulose) and peptone, respectively as the major carbon and nitrogen sources, and with a water content of 60%-70%. The optimal pH range and temperature for mycelial growth were pH 6-7 and 25 ℃. Hot water extracts of potato and pine needles also promoted mycelial growth, the former most effectively. Among ten formulations tested, a composted substrate consisting of 50% cotton hulls and 50% sawdust was most effective in promoting H. petaloides mycelial growth; on this substrate, the dynamic relationship between mycelial growth and culture time accorded with the logistical equation: Y = 109.6/ (1+60.1131 e-0.1894x).
