【英文摘要】 Extracellular enzyme activities (carboxymethylcellulase, hemicellulase, laccase, polyphen-oloxidase) of Pholiota adiposa were determined at different developmental stages, ranging from partial substrate colonization through to seven days postharvest, during mushroom cultivation on three cultivation substrates. Although the four enzymes exhibited different overall production patterns, changes in the levels of each individual enzyme observed throughout the sampling period were generally very similar irrespective of the composition of the cultivation substrate.
