【英文摘要】 Glucose, peptone and MgSO_ 4 were, respectively, the most effective carbon, nitrogen and inorganic salt supplements tested for beneficial effects on the mycelial growth of Pleurotus nebrodensis, Bailing No.1 strain. The optimal growth temperature was 25 ℃. Of four treatments examined, the optimal cultivation mode involved removal of the bottom half of the plastic cultivation bag and embedding the artificial logs vertically in soil to three-quarters of their standing height. This method resulted in biological efficiencies of up to 123%, and yielded good quality fruit bodies.
