【中文摘要】 采用原子吸收分光光度法、氨基酸分析等方法對小美牛肝菌(Boletus speciosus)子實(shí)體的多糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、氨基酸和礦質(zhì)元素等主要成分及含量進(jìn)行了測定。結(jié)果表明,在測定的18種氨基酸中,8種必須氨基酸含量占氨基酸總量的39.36%;多糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、灰分和粗纖維含量分別是6.41%、29.78%、3.36%、5.04%和7.89%。
【英文摘要】 The compositions and contents of nutrition such as polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,amino acids and mineral elements in the fruitbodies of Boletus speciosus were determined using atomic absorption spectrometry and amino acids analysis,etc.The experiment results showed that the content of 8 kinds of essential amino acids in 18 kinds of amino acids was 39.36%,and that the content of polysaccharide,crude protein,crude fat,ash and crude fiber in the fruitbodies were 6.41%,29.78%,3.36%,5.04% and 7.89% respectively.
