【中文摘要】 分別采用液氮和4℃冰箱保藏雙孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)菌種,并對液氮菌種進行活化處理,通過栽培試驗比較各處理對雙孢蘑菇產(chǎn)量的影響。結(jié)果表明,液氮法保藏雙孢蘑菇菌種的產(chǎn)量較理想;液氮菌種經(jīng)活化處理后的產(chǎn)量明顯提高。
【英文摘要】 Liquid nitrogen preservation and 4℃ refrigerator preservation method were adopted to preserve Agaricus bisporus spawn,and the activation treatment was carried out on the spawn after preserved in liquid nitrogen.The effect of the different treatments on the yield of A.bisporus was compared through cultivation test.The results showed that the yield of A.bisporus with spawn after preserved in liquid nitrogen was higher than that of 4℃ refrigerator preservation,especially the spawn which was activated after preserved with liquid nitrogen.
