【中文摘要】 比較研究了杏鮑菇4個(gè)菌株的菌絲拮抗性、酯酶同工酶酶譜、菌絲生長速度、菌絲體生物量及多糖含量。結(jié)果表明,4個(gè)菌株間存在遺傳差異。菌株X3菌絲生長速度最快,日均長速為0.69cm;菌株X2菌絲體生物量最高,為1.572g/100mL;菌株X1菌絲體多糖含量最低,僅為39.07μg/mg,菌株X2、X4和X3菌絲體多糖含量分別為84.28μg/mg、79.20μg/mg和78.99μg/mg。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The mycelial antagonistic test, esterase isozyme zymogram, mycelial growth rate, mycelial biomass and polysaccharide content of 4 different Pleurotus eryngii strains were studied in this paper. The results showed that the genetic diversity was existed in 4 strains. The mycelial growth rate of strain X_3 was the fastest, being (0.69cm) per day. The mycelial biomass of strain X_2 was the highest, being 1.572g/100mL. The polysaccharide content of strain X_1 was 39.07μg/mg which was the lowest. However, the polysaccharide contents of strains X_2、X_4 and X_3 were 84.28μg/mg,79.20μg/mg and 78.99μg/mg respectively.
