【中文摘要】 試驗結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合微生物制劑能促進糙皮側(cè)耳菌絲生長,降低污染率,改善子實體品質(zhì),顯著提高生物學(xué)效率。生料栽培中,添加1.0%復(fù)合微生物制劑可使污染率下降31.7%,生物學(xué)效率提高79.6%。發(fā)酵料栽培中,添加0.5%復(fù)合微生物制劑可使污染率下降12.5%,生物學(xué)效率提高42.4%。
【英文摘要】 <Abstrcat> The experiment results showed that compound microbiological preparation could promote the mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus, reduce the contamination rate,improve the biological efficiency and improve the quality of fruitbody greatly. The contamination rate could be reduced by 31.7% and the biological efficiency could be improved by 79.6% by adding 1.0% compound microbiological preparation to raw compost.And the contamination rate could be reduced by 12.5% and biological efficiency could be improved by 42.4% if 0.5% compound microbiological preparation was added to the fermented compost.
