【中文摘要】 通過深層發(fā)酵獲得金頂側(cè)耳菌絲體。用水提法分別提取金頂側(cè)耳菌絲體多糖、胞外(過濾液)多糖和全液(菌絲體+發(fā)酵液)多糖。用MTT比色法測定金頂側(cè)耳多糖體外對小鼠S-180癌細胞及人結(jié)腸低分化腺癌細胞的抑制率。結(jié)果表明,金頂側(cè)耳胞外多糖對體外培養(yǎng)的S-180癌細胞有抑制作用,全液多糖和菌絲體多糖無抑制作用。這3種多糖體外對人結(jié)腸低分化腺癌細胞有抑制作用,其中金頂側(cè)耳胞外多糖抑制率最高,全液多糖次之,菌絲體多糖最低。
【英文摘要】 The mycelia of Plearotus citrmopileatus were cultured through submerged fermentation, and po-lysaccharides were extracted from the mycelia, the filtrate and the fermented broth resp. . While the inhibition rate of P. citrinopileatus polysaccharide for mouse S-180 tumour cells and low-differentiated adenocarcinoma cells of human colon were determined by MTT colorimetry. The experiment results showed that the excellular polysaccharide extracted from the filtrate was proved to have inhibition effect to cultured S-180 cells in vitro, the polysaccharide extracted from the mycelia and the fermented broth have no inhibition effect to cultured S-180 cells in vitro. And it was also proved in our experiment that three kinds of P. citrinopileatus polysaccharide all had antitumour activity to cultured low-differentiated adenocarcinoma cells of human colon in vitro , and that the inhibition rate of the polysaccharide extracted from the filtrate was the highest, followed by the polysaccharide extrac...更多ted from the fermented broth and the mycelia of P. crtrinopileatus. 還原
