【中文摘要】 采用4 氨基安替比林法檢測小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性。結(jié)果表明,靈芝干膏與靈芝孢子粉均可顯著提高小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞ACP酶活性;一定劑量范圍內(nèi),靈芝干膏與靈芝孢子粉對小鼠腹腔巨噬細(xì)胞ACP酶活性的影響無明顯差異;靈芝孢子粉破壁率越高,達(dá)到最高酶活性所需時間越短,劑量越小;連續(xù)服用靈芝干膏可使ACP酶活性始終保持較高水平,而靈芝孢子粉僅在一定時間范圍內(nèi)使ACP酶活性保持一定水平。
【英文摘要】 The acid phosphatase (ACP) activity of macrophages from murine abdominal cavity was measured with the method of 4-amino antipyrine. The experimental results showed that both dry extract and spore powder of G. lucidum could enhance ACP activities of macrophages from murine abdominal cavity, and no obvious difference was observed between the effect of dry extract and spore powder of G. lucidum with appropriate dosages on ACP activity, that the higher the sporoderm-broken(SB) rate was, the shorter the time and the smaller the dose would be needed to reach the maximum ACP activity, and that taking dry extract of G. lucidum continuously, the ACP activity could be always kept at a higher level, while for spore powder of G. lucidum, it was better to take during a definite period of time to keep the ACP activity at a higher level.
