【中文摘要】 試驗結(jié)果表明,配方1(棉籽殼80%,麥麩18%,糖1%,石膏1%)為最適杏鮑菇培養(yǎng)料配方。該配方培養(yǎng)料的菌絲生長勢最強,子實體形態(tài)最佳,產(chǎn)量最高,生物學(xué)效率達92.9%,與供試其余配方培養(yǎng)料相比,差異顯著。
【英文摘要】 The experimental results showed that the optimum formula of Pleurotus eryngii compost was formula 1:cotton seed hull 80%, wheat bran 18%, sugar 1% and gypsum 1%, and that the mycelial growth vigor of the compost with formula 1 was the strongest, the fruitbody yield of the compost with formula 1 was the highest, the biological efficiency was as high as 92.9%, and the fruitbody morphology was the best. Comparing to that of the composts with other formulae, the differences were significant.
