【中文摘要】 以白靈菇子實(shí)體為材料,研究了白靈菇子實(shí)體多糖的提取工藝。通過單因子試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn),確定了提取白靈菇子實(shí)體多糖的最佳工藝條件為:料水比1∶40(w∶v),提取溫度85℃,提取時(shí)間4h,乙醇沉淀濃度80%。并確定蒸餾水為白靈菇多糖的最佳提取溶劑。
【英文摘要】 The extracting conditions of polysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis fruitbody were studied in this paper. The results of single factor test and orthogonal test proved that the optimum extracting conditions were as follows: the ratio of sample to water(w∶v), the extraction temperature and the extraction time were 1:40, 85℃ and 4h respectively, and that the supernatant was precipitated with 80% ethanol. While distilled water was proved to be the optimum extracting solvent.
