【中文摘要】 以提取物對(duì)羥基自由基抑制率為活性指標(biāo),研究了水提取發(fā)酵靈芝粉活性成分的條件,確定了最佳提取條件為pH5.5、溫度4℃、料液比1∶5。研究表明,靈芝肽是重要的抑制羥基自由基的活性因子,其IC50值為25μg mL。
【英文摘要】 Taking hydroxyl free radical inhibiting rate of the extract as bioactive index, the hydroxyl free radical inhibiting bioactive components in Ganoderma lucidum and their extraction conditions were studied. And the results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were pH5.5, temperature 4℃, ratio of material to water 1∶5,and that the peptide in G.lucidum with an IC50 of 25μg/mL was the important hydroxyl free radical inhibiting bioactive factor in G.lucidum.
