【中文摘要】 運用高通量篩選技術(shù)檢測了幾種藥用真菌粗提物對人體腫瘤細胞增殖的抑制作用和對小鼠巨噬細胞的激活作用,并與粗提物透析袋外的小分子成分的活性進行比較。結(jié)果顯示,靈芝、猴頭、云芝和灰樹花粗提物對人腸腺癌細胞株SW620有很明顯的抑制作用,并有顯著激活小鼠巨噬細胞的作用。粗提物經(jīng)過透析后,透析袋外的小分子成分對SW620的抑制作用與粗提物相似,但對小鼠巨噬細胞沒有明顯的激活作用。本研究所采用的高通量篩選技術(shù)為進一步篩選藥用真菌的有效成分奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
【英文摘要】 The proliferationinhibition for tumour cells and the activation of mouse macrophages by the crude extracts of Ganoderma lucidum, Grifola frondosa, Hericium erinaceus and Coriolus versicolor were investigated using highthroughput screening technique, and the activity was also compared with that of their small molecular part outside the dialytic bag of the crude extracts. The results showed that the crude extracts of above mentioned four medicinal fungi inhibited the proliferation of human bowel glandula tumour cells of strain SW620 and activated the mouse macrophages significantly. And the growth of SW620 cells were also inhibited significantly by the small molecular part dialyzed from the crude extracts, but the activation of the mouse macrophages was not stimulated remarkably by these small molecular parts. It was expected that the highthroughput screening technique used in the research provided the basis for further screening the active components from the medicinal fungi.
