【中文摘要】 以榆黃蘑新鮮菌絲體為材料,對(duì)多糖提取的最優(yōu)化工藝進(jìn)行了研究。應(yīng)用均勻正交設(shè)計(jì)試驗(yàn)方法,得到榆黃蘑多糖提取的最優(yōu)化工藝為:超聲波破壁時(shí)間12min,提取時(shí)間4h,提取溫度70℃,菌絲密度250mg/mL(鮮重)。
【英文摘要】 The optimization of polysaccharideextracting technique was carried out using Pleurotus citrinopileatus fresh mycelia as testing material. The results of uniform orthogonal test showed that the optimal conditions for the polysaccharideextraction from P. citrinopileatus mycelia were as follows: ultrasonic cellwallbreaking time 12 min., extracting time 4 h, extracting temperature 70℃, mycelium density 250mg/mL(fresh weight).
